At Meetaway, all experiences are delivered digitally and in person. No physical items are shipped.

Booking confirmation
After completing your booking, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.
We will then ask you a few short questions to better understand your preferences and match you with the most suitable local.

Matching process
Our team carefully selects a local host based on your travel style, language, and experience choice.
Once matched, you will receive the meeting details, including time, location, and any relevant notes for your experience.

Delivery timeframe
Your experience details are typically delivered within 12–24 hours after booking.
For last-minute bookings, we will do our best to match you as quickly as possible.

Experience delivery
Your experience takes place in person in the selected city, at the agreed time and meeting point.
Meetaway does not provide transportation unless explicitly stated.

Important notes
Experiences are flexible and may vary depending on your preferences and the local host.
Exact locations and routes are not fixed in advance.
Some elements, such as drinks or extras, are only included if selected during booking.
